My services include searching the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) database for homes, helping you find the right lender and best loan package (including 100% financing and other Home Buyer Programs), contacting the top home inspectors to inspect your home, and securing the best attorney to close the transaction. And the best part is that I do this free of charge for you. The seller pays my fee.
